At VELOCANTA, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and with full transparency. Here’s how we handle shipping:

Processing Time

• Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched same day.
• Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
• You'll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

• Royal Mail Tracked 48  - Free on every order. Delivered in 2-3 business days.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 -  £2.99. Delivered next business day. Free on orders over £75.
• All orders are shipped from our UK location.

European & International Shipping

• We currently ship to the UK only. International shipping is coming soon.
• If you're based outside the UK and interested in purchasing, get in touch at support@velocanta.co.uk and we'll see what we can do.

Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

• Please double-check your shipping details carefully at checkout.

• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to recharge shipping fees to resend the order.

• VELOCANTA cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by couriers, customs checks, or other factors beyond our control.
