Shipping Policy

At VELOCANTA, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and with full transparency. Here’s how we handle shipping:


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed after 4 PM, or on weekends/bank holidays, will begin processing the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.


UK Shipping

  • All orders ship from our UK location via a Tracked 24 Courier.

  • Free UK shipping is available on orders over £75.

  • Standard UK shipping: £1.99.

  • Delivery time: 1-2 working days after dispatch.

  • A signature may be required upon delivery for higher-value orders.


European & International Shipping

  • International shipping is available to selected countries including the United States.
    Delivery times typically range from 5–8 business days.
    International customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes.

Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping details carefully at checkout.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to recharge shipping fees to resend the order.

  • VELOCANTA cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by couriers, customs checks, or other factors beyond our control.
