Refund policy

UK Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Please also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at charlie@velocanta.co.uk. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue promptly and make it right.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original order. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union Orders

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. If you are based in the European Union and are interested in purchasing, please email us at charlie@velocanta.co.uk and we’ll be happy to discuss options.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Items must be unused and in resalable condition. Returns showing signs of use may not be accepted. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
